RACING RULES 2009
Beginner 1 Class—Ages 5 to 8 years
(Must have attained the age of 5 and not older than 8 by Jan 1st. To be allowed to race in
this class)
All beginners must have a neck brace ,helmet, gloves, eye protection, long sleeve shirt and
long pants (preferably a racing suit).
Four point roll cage & five point harness required.
Arm restraints are optional but highly recommended.
Engine: Briggs stock 5 hp 4 cycle engine; must run .425 carb. restrictor plate(may
blueprint).
Fuel: Gasoline Only
Weight: 235 lbs.
All engines subject to tech with Kart Tech Rules 2007-2008.
Advance Beginner Class—Ages 9 years and under.
All beginners must have a neck brace, helmet, gloves, eye protection, long sleeve shirt and
long pants (preferably a racing suit).

(preferably racing suit).
No hoops allowed.
Engine: Stock NO modifications except undo govenor, can run header on gas only, must
run cheap clutch.
No tire rule.
Weight: 235 lbs. (ages 5 - 10 years class)
275 lbs. (11 - 15 years class)
350 lbs. ( 16 & up class)

Jr. 2 Animal Class- Ages 12 to 15 years.
Required is neck brace, gloves, helmet, eye protection, long sleeve shirt, longs pants
(preferably racing suit).
No hoops allowed.
Engine: Stock Briggs Animal motor.
Weight: 300 lbs.
Fuel: Gasoline or alcohol (NO Additives).
All engines subject to tech with Kart Tech Rules 2007-2008.
Adult Animal Class-Ages 16 years and up.
Required is neck brace, gloves, helmet, eye protection, long sleeve shirt, long pants,
(preferably racing suit).
No hoops allowed.

Weight: 350 lbs.
Fuel: Gasoline or alcohol (NO Additives).

Super Briggs Class: Ages 12 to 15 years.

(preferably racing suit).
Engine: Stock appearing Briggs 5hp 4 cycle engine, stock head, stock side cover, & stock
appearing Briggs Carb (NO Tilloston Carb).
No hoops allowed.
Weight: 300 lbs.
Fuel: Gasoline or alcohol (NO Additives)

Open E Class—Ages 16 and up.(Money Class)
Required is neck brace, gloves, helmet, eye protection, long sleeve shirt, long pants
(preferably racing suit).
Engine: Stock appearing Briggs 5 hp 4 cycle engine, stock head, stock side cover, 290 lift
cam maximum, 2.607 bore maximum, must be a Raptor or Wiesco Piston, stock length rod,
stock appearing Briggs carb & tank (NO Tillotson).
No hoops allowed.
Weight: 350 lbs
Fuel: Gasoline or alcohol (NO Additives).
Tech items: Rod length, bore, cam lift.
Briggs Unlimited Class - Ages 13 and up.(Money Class)
Must be 5hp Briggs block only.
Any modifications.
Weight: 325lbs.
Fuel: Gasoline or alcohol (NO Additives)
Tech items: Fuel, weight, & block.
Run What You Brung Class- Ages 16 and up.(Money Class)
Required is neck brace, gloves, helmet, eye protection, long sleeve shirt, long pants
(preferably racing suit).
No hoops allowed.
No Weight requirement.
Fuel: Gasoline or alcohol (NO Additives)
Tech items: Fuel only.

Must have at least 3 entries in order to make a class.

NO NITRO IN TANK OR CRANKCASE. No top end lube in alcohol.
ALL KARTS REQUIRED TO BE PRE-INSPECTED PRIOR TO
RACING AT THIS TRACK
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY KART REGARDING A SAFETY
CONCERN.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE @ OUR OWN
DISCRETION.

Need at least three karts to make a class.
Protest Fee is $50.00, if you protest someone you tear down with
them.
Only driver & one person allowed in tech area at one time.

Track closes 30 minutes after last race, unless teching in process.
